Observation

On September 28, 2022 during a monitoring inspection, this licensor cited for lack of verification of provider qualifications. During a review of files on October 20, 2022, this licensor observed that multiple providers, in each job role, did not have verification of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent and staff training consistent with WAC 110-300-0110. On October 28, 2022 several provider files still did not contain verification of high school diploma, GED or equivalent, Child Care Basics and training consistent with WAC 110-300-0110.
